MINUTES OF AN EXTRA ORDINARY MEETING of the St Goran Parish Council held on 16th December 2010 in the St Goran Church Schoolrooms at 7.30p.m. with Mr P Grose in the Chair. Present were Messrs Ayres, Church, Lobb, Husband, Mrs Stokes, and no members of the public. 1. PUBLIC SESSION As their were no members of the public in attendance the Parish Council went straight into formal session 2. APOLOGIES Mr Bullen, Mr Trevarton, Mrs Dean, Mrs Crouch and County Councillor Mutton 3(a). DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST None 3(b). GIFT DECLARATIONS None. 4. MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE 2nd DECEMBER 2010 Agreed. 5 PLANNING MATTERS PA10/06456: Mr & Mrs Richard Lee, Glen Cot, Rice Lane, Gorran Haven. Proposed demolition of chalet and the erection of 2 storey dwelling with detached garage. Full Planning Prop, 2nd. No objections PA10/07668: Mr John Coote, The Old Carthouse, Boswinger. Change all windows from wood to UPVC double glazed. The replacement windows will be side hung casement type, looking identical to existing units. Full Planning. Prop, 2nd. No objections 6. Parish problems Mr Lobb informed the PC that he had received a revised quote from Signs of the Times for the Highclere finger post, which now includes the emblem on the top. The original quote was £1008.95 plus carriage, plus VAT and the revised quote is for £1090.70, plus carriage, plus VAT. The Clerk to place the order for the revised quote. Prop, 2nd, agreed. The Clerk to add a review of the PC's insurance and fixed assets to the January agenda. Prop, 2nd, agreed. The meeting closed at 7.45pm
